Shipping & Returns
Please refer to our delivery information and returns page for details.
On average shipments take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Houston & surrounding area deliveries take 1-3 days. Orders need appointment schedule, adult signature, photo proof. Shipping costs include insurance for protection and replacement in case of damage or loss.
Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking link that will reflect the shipping status and location of your item.
Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. In-store purchases can only be returned within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee is charged to offset losses from reconsignment and merchandise deterioration.

Manufacturer Warranty
We offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange for any carrier or manufacturer-related damages reported within 10 days of delivery. For issues arising after this period, claims will be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty policy.
1 Year Limited Warranty WHAT IS COVERED This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship with the exceptions stated below. HOW LONG COVERAGE LASTS This warranty runs for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. WHAT IS NOT COVERED The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover: (a) wear and tear; (b) damage caused by abuse or failure to follow care instructions; (c) normal changes in softness or resilience; or (d) stains. WHAT WEEKENDER® WILL DO WEEKENDER™, at its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or refund any pillow that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. HOW STATE LAW APPLIES This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The foregoing warranty shall be exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties otherwise arising by operation of law, course of dealing, custom, trade, or otherwise. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any consequential damages or losses arising from the purchase, installation and/or use of this product.
