If you're not entirely satisfied with your order you can return it. All return requests must be notified within 48 hours of delivery/pickup. This means you must let us know within 48 hours-not meaning you have to return to our store or ship but you must let us know within 48 hours. No returns are accepted after 48 hours.
For return reasons related to product dimensions, color and comfort level or wrong item ordered, we will apply return shipping cost to your account which will be deducted from the order refund total.
For return reasons related to damages, missing pieces, incorrect sent items we take full responsibility and accept the return with no fee or shipping cost.
In TX we do not offer free home return pickups. All customers must return to our store. Out of TX we DO offer return pickups for freight (larger items) & we will provide you the labels. The labels must be attached on each box properly and the item must be shipped in the original box it came in. The freight carrier will come to pickup from your threshold/curbside of your address. Small items must be dropped off at UPS/FedEx. All returns are expected to be received in pristine condition and in the original packaging. If we locate any use, damages, missing pieces, or abuse on the product, a restocking fee of up to 20% will be incurred.
After inspection, a full refund will be issued within 72 hours. Depending on the card issuer's policy, it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank account.
No return is accepted for mattresses. Floor models are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that's damaged in transit or defective, ASY Furniture takes full responsibility and we offer free returns & full refund. Depending on the availability, we gladly provide you the replacement part or in some cases repair.
We require photos of the damages in different angles. If you notice the damage after the delivery, please take a few photos or record a video and send it to email@example.com. Our team will assess the damage and work with you to determine a solution.
In most cases, we offer replacement, issue a partial refund upon agreement with you, or accept returns. Please note we do NOT offer full refunds or free return/replacements for damages occurred during customer assembly.
We are happy to exchange items if your order has not been shipped yet. Exchanges for shipped products are not allowed and would fall under 48-hours return policy.
