If you're not entirely satisfied with your order you can return it. All orders must be returned to our store within 48 hours of delivery/pickup. We will NOT pick up the return from the customer's address. It's the customer's responsibility to return the order to our store. All returns are expected to be received in pristine condition. If we locate any use, damages, missing pieces, or abuse on the product, a restocking fee of up to 20% will be incurred.
After inspection, a full refund will be issued within 72 hours. Depending on the card issuer's policy, it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank account.
No return is accepted for mattresses. Floor models are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that's damaged in transit or defective, we will be happy to provide you the replacement or in some cases repair.
If you notice the damage after the delivery, please take a few photos or record a video and send it to email@example.com. Our team will assess the damage and work with you to determine a solution.
We are happy to exchange items if your order has not been shipped yet. Exchanges for shipped products are not allowed and would fall under 48-hours return policy.
