- Manufacturer cleaning instructions: Dry clean only. Unzip cushion covers and dry clean. Remove non-greasy stains by carefully dabbing with a lint-free cloth or sponge wrung out in clean warm water. If necessary, clean by dabbing with soapy water or water with a little dish soap. Finally dab the surface with clean water.
Shipping & Returns
Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. In-store purchases can only be returned within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee is charged to offset losses from reconsignment and merchandise deterioration. Please refer to returns page for details.

- Local Houston orders are delivered by next day and nationwide orders within 2-3 weeks after the shipping occurs.

Incredibly smooth delivery, with very accommodating driver, who carried the large sectional to my upstairs door. The sofa is suitable for a large family room. The sandy color is great for a calm mood, light enough to avoid that “90’s” look. The cushions are quite firm, but still comfortable, and the profile is neat and contemporary. The seating is deeper than average, but still doable for a short person, because it’s so comfy. Assembly was entirely putting the chaise lounge on the hooks that attach it to the sofa proper, and did require two people for just five minutes. The sofa has no real legs, just 1” feet, which gives it a good profile. The back is well-finished, so it could float in a room. The material is very soft even though the pile is smooth. Overall, a really good piece.
Like others have said, this couch is BIG. You can measure it in your room but I guarantee it will come and be bigger than expected. Nonetheless, it’s great. We only got it a week ago so it’s still a little firm and will take some time to soften up. But it came quickly, as described, and is really good quality!!

Couch is very long, as described. It looked light grey in the pictures and they delivered a beige couch but we didn't know what the true colors are supposed to be so we were prepared for both. Two people could sleep on this easily, one on each piece. the regular seats on the non-chaise side are not as deep as I thought they'd be, but you can easily sit criss-crossed legged on them. Seat cushions are medium firm and felt too firm at first to be comfortable but after breaking them in, they are perfect for sitting and a true medium-soft firmness. The back pillow cushions are much softer which is great for laying back on. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.
The sofa is built with quality. It's large and comfy. It was delivered the next day and arrived in good packaging.
I love this couch. I seperated it so I could have it in my office. It is large. The seating is a forgiving firm with a high pillow back. Very comfortable for watching TV and reading. It came well packaged.
The reason I say surprisingly was the price point. Quality is top notch and equal or better then couches I was looking at for 3-5,000 dollars.
