Returns due to transit damage and manufacturer defects fall under our warranty policy and will be accepted at no cost to be refunded in full after carrier return pickup's completed. Alternatively, you may get free replacement, exchange or partial refund as you see suitable. Any order returned for reasons such as but not limited to; color, size, comfort level, assembly is subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from the order refund total. If the order is made through with one of our lease-to-own financing companies, the restocking fee must be paid with credit/debit card ahead of the return pickup.

I was able to put it together myself. The instructions are easy to understand, but it did take a couple of hours on my own doing it. Seems very sturdy. Drawers line up good. Good material. I'd definitely buy other products from them. It came in two very heavy boxes so plan for that. Luckily my delivery man brought them to my second floor.
i was a bit skeptical buying this because of the reviews but tbh idk what y'all received, but it was so easy to put together everything was labeled and the instructions were easy to follow. 10/10 would buy again.
I little pricey for the money but I am happy!
Fairly easy to put together. There are quite a few pieces but the instructions are clear.Materials are decent. A fairly thin wood veneer finish feels good. With great care it will probably last. I wasn’t a fan of the metal rails but they work surprisingly well with not a lot of play when the drawer slides in and out.
