Jenna is a firm innerspring mattress that avoids the sag and sink of foam and air mattresses, and ships compressed and rolled into a box for easy delivery.

Returns due to transit damage and manufacturer defects fall under our warranty policy and will be accepted at no cost to be refunded in full after carrier return pickup's completed. Alternatively, you may get a free replacement, exchange or partial refund per mutual agreement on a solution. Any order returned for reasons such as but not limited to; color, size, comfort level, assembly is subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from the order refund total. If the order is made through with one of our lease-to-own financing companies, the restocking fee must be paid with credit/debit card ahead of the return pickup.
CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to such reasons as but not limited to; stock availability, pricing inaccuracies, carrier capacity, system errors. In that case, you will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

What a bed!!!!!! It was my first "bed-in-a-box" and I can't say enough good things!! The springs make it very supportive and yet the layers of softness provide extreme amounts of comfort!! It holds up to adult fun with no issues and kids jumping on it and pets running across it!!!!I will buy again!!
AMAZING Buy!!! I had originally went to A Local Mattress Firm and purchased two similar mattresses for my children. The cost was over $800 just mattresses, no frames, no box springs nothing. I decided to cancel that order and after reading tons of reviews on mattresses I went with these. Best Decision ever, they were extremely easy to open and unfolded immediately. We did let them lay flat on the floor for exactly 24hrs. They opened up perfectly even to 10inches. Make sureyou have it positioned correctly when opening a lot of pressure when opening plastic, I made a mistake one and it open toward me lol. They have a firm base and a memory foam top which is incredibly comfy, my kids love them and fit great into a small room. I would definitely buy these again and recommend to others. Fast shipping and easy to open!! I paid $340 for two, saved me $400. Two platform frames bought on here as well fit mattress perfectly they were $60!! Can’t beat it!!!
Good mattress. It was easy as pie to set up. This is the easiest bed I have ever put together. And yes it is a full 10”.
I love this bed! I've had it for a little over a month now and it feels great, definitely recommend.
I was surprised at how comfy this bed is. My son LOVES it and slept in his bed the entire night. It inflated quickly as well.
