On average shipments take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Houston & surrounding area deliveries take 1-3 days. Orders need appointment schedule, adult signature, photo proof. Shipping costs include insurance for protection and replacement in case of damage or loss.
Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking link that will reflect the shipping status and location of your item.
Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. In-store purchases can only be returned within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee is charged to offset losses from reconsignment and merchandise deterioration.

Manufacturer Warranty
We offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange for any carrier or manufacturer-related damages reported within 10 days of delivery. For issues arising after this period, claims will be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty policy.
Warranty Policy All items are covered under a 1-year manufacturer warranty. If you have a warranty related claim, please inform your sales rep or our office immediately with photos and invoice number. All warranty related issues will be repaired only by Happy Homes. Repairs may take 7-10 Business Days. We ask you to bring back any items needing repaired to our facility.
