RETURNS

If you're not entirely satisfied with the order you placed on the website you can return it within 10 days. You must notify us within 10-days of delivery or pickup of your order. If you placed your order at the store location you can return your order within 48-hours of the delivery or pickup of your order. No return is accepted after the window is closed.

Returns due to transit damage and manufacturer defects fall under our warranty policy and will be accepted at no cost to be refunded in full after carrier return pickup's completed. Any order returned for reasons such as but not limited to; color, size, comfort level, assembly is subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from the order refund total. If the order is made through with one of our lease-to-own financing companies, the restocking fee must be paid with credit/debit card ahead of the return pickup.

To start a return please email us at info@asyfurniture.com include your order number with return reason and product images if received damaged. We will get back to you at the soonest and get this issue sorted out as your experience is our top priority.

Please note that we do not accept returns for mattresses, bedding products, floor samples or closeout/clearance items. These items are excluded from the return policy and are all final sale.

REPLACEMENTS & EXCHANGES

In the rare event that you receive your order damaged, defective or with parts missing, our warranty policy promises to replace or exchange your item with a brand new set. The replacement parts will be provided at no cost and shipped to you if the part's are available. If the parts are not available by the manufacturer because of product construction, stock, all-in-box sets etc., we will proceed with our return policy upon your approval.

Alternatively, we offer our customers to keep the item as is with a mutually agreed on partial refund as a reimbursement for the damage or the inconvenience. Please note the partial refunds are calculated based on the damage size, area, and long-term issues that may arise from it.

We are happy to exchange items if your order has not been shipped yet. Exchanges for shipped products are not allowed and would fall under the 10-days return policy.

RETURN PICKUP / DROP-OFF

Once we approve the return, we will provide you with instructions. We will arrange the return pickup with the carrier on your behalf.

Generally, the return pickup will occur within 4-7 business days. We or the third-party carrier will pick up the items with the same service method that your order was delivered with (if the order was left at the garage entrance, it will be picked up at the exact spot). An appointment will be required to arrange a date and time for pick up to ensure a smooth pickup attempt. If you prefer, you can return the items to the store location 7-days a week.

It's the customer's responsibility to return the order in the original packaging, we expect all orders to be in pristine condition and with all contents complete. If we locate any use, damages, missing pieces, or abuse on the product, additional fees are applied as these would negatively impact the product(s) eligibility to be re-sold.

Please keep the original boxes at the time of delivery. Once you decide to return the item, please re-package it with the original boxes/materials. This will ensure a smooth return process by helping to prevent additional charges from the third-party carrier due to box dimension inaccuracy or damages that may occur in transit while on its way back to us.

Please note we may charge up to 80-100%, if we determine that the returned item is materially/literally different than original, missing parts, misused or if we locate abuse on the product.
