If you're not entirely satisfied with the purchase that's already delivered to you, we are here to help you make the return process as smooth as possible.
RETURN: You MUST let us know within 48-hours after receiving your item and we accept returns with NO restocking fee. Once the return is accepted you can return your order to store 7-days a week. There is no 48-hrs requirement to return the order. We do not offer return pickups for orders at this time.
Returns are accepted for the cases below:
- Item is missing a piece/pieces (screw, leg, pillows etc.).
- Item arrived damaged out of the box.
- The wrong item/items were delivered.
Returns are NOT accepted for the cases below:
- The color is not what was expected.
- The size is too small/big for space.
- The style is not matching with the home setting.
- It's too hard to assemble.
- The original box and pieces are missing.
- It's been more than 48 hours after delivery.
DAMAGES: Orders potentially could get damaged in transit. We take full responsibility when such issue occurs, and we offer you 100% guaranteed satisfaction.
If you have an order that is damaged, we can;
-Within a week, fix the damaged area of the furniture with the help of an experienced furniture repairer. (Master)
-Replace the damaged area, if applicable, or replace the entire furniture with no extra fees.
-Offer you full refund for your purchase after the order is returned.
REFUND: If you wish your order to be canceled before its delivery/pickup date, we will issue a full refund.
If you are returning an order that was delivered/picked-up, once the order is returned we will investigate to make sure the item was in the condition you have received and original packing contents are included. Once completed a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
