    Wood & Upholstery Care

    Fabric Upholstery Care

    • First, locate and follow any specific cleaning codes provided by the manufacturer for your upholstered items. These codes guide you on the appropriate cleaning methods.
    • Vacuum upholstery weekly using the upholstery attachment to lift away loose dirt, dust, hair, and debris from surfaces and crevices.
    • Act quickly to blot up spills before they can sink in. Use a clean, absorbent white cloth and blot from the outer edge toward the middle to prevent spreading.
    • For overall cleaning or stain treatment, use a water-based upholstery cleaner formulated for the fiber content. Always test for colorfastness on a hidden area before applying to the entire piece.
    • Avoid using harsh chemicals, bleaches, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, which can cause premature wear, fading, or damage to delicate fabrics.
    • Rotate reversible cushions regularly to promote even wear and prevent permanent compression.
    • Limit exposure to direct, intense sunlight to help prevent premature fading and dry rotting of fabrics.

    Leather Upholstery Care

    • Regularly dust leather surfaces with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth to prevent dirt buildup.
    • Blot any spills immediately using a cloth dampened with distilled water only. Avoid using soap or cleaners that can leave dull residues.
    • Every 6-12 months, clean leather using a quality, pH-balanced leather cleaner, carefully following product instructions. Afterward, condition with a leather conditioner to replenish moisture.
    • Never use products containing waxes, silicones, harsh solvents, detergents, or chemicals not specifically designed for leather care, as they can cause cracking or damage.
    • Maintain moderate temperatures (around 70°F) with low humidity levels to prevent excessive drying and cracking of leather over time.

    Wood Furniture Care

    • Dust frequently using a soft, lint-free cloth to keep wood surfaces free of grit that can cause micro-scratches.
    • Periodically clean all wood surfaces using a high-quality furniture polish formulated for your specific wood type (oil, lacquer, etc.). Avoid polishing varnished or painted areas.
    • Immediately blot up any spills using a clean cloth. Follow up by polishing the area with furniture polish.
    • Periodically rotate decorative accessories and lamps to prevent uneven exposure and surface discoloration.
    • Never place wood furniture directly in front of heating vents, fireplaces, or in consistent bright sunlight to avoid cracking, fading or warping.

Very comfortable. A little firm than most memory foam mattresses

I am 6’2” 200lbs. Athletic build.I am the type of person that reads and researched and reads and researched and reads and continues. And compare, compare, compare. I analyze the words in the title, the words in the bullets, description, 0 table comparison, every question asked, ever answer given, reviews for each level of stars to see common complaints, positives. I make sure the negatives are valid negatives and not just someone crying inappropriately. I also make sure the negatives apply to my preferences. Not all negatives would be negative to me.I would consider this review very accurate and hopefully readers feel the same.I wanted, and search high and low for a firm bed. This is a firm bed. Not medium firm. Not plush. Not medium plush. Not medium. Not rock hard firm. Just firm.I think most sensible people of any height, size, shape, and weight, if they felt this bed, would agree with the word firm for this bed. Also, if their preference is firm, they would like this bed.I cant say I LOVE this bed. But I like it a lot. It’s a really good bed. I am glad for the purchase and at the price point as well, $360, it is a great deal. When first getting on bed, there’s no give, just a flat feeling. Then little sink. Def not typical memory foam sink. But little sinking. You do feel the firm support. I am a side sleeper, and back sleeper, and half side half back sleeper (hopefully you know what I mean). And this still works well for me in any position. If sleeping on my side, ho.

Purposely wanted to wait some substantial time before leaving a review. I have now had this mattress for 6 months and it has been slept on nearly every single night with the exception of a couple short weekend vacations.First, the good:I LOVE a firm mattress. This is definitely a firm mattress, but it is nothing like the people calling it sleeping on the floor. It is nowhere near that firm. It did actually soften some over use as well, and it works for any position of sleep as I do tend to sleep all over the place, but generally stomach the most. It is comfortable without being rock hard, and the give it has is just the right amount. I have not had any limbs go numb, and my back pain has gone away that my overpriced soft foam mattress gave me. I know some people are weird about edge support but compared to my previous bed, this mattress at 1/5 the cost has better edge support and better everything overall. Major bonus is that I went to my local Ashley and laid on it before purchasing so I knew what I’d get. No gamble here like with other boxed beds. (On that note, Helix really was a garbage quality bed in the box compared to this.)The bad:My one and only complaint here is that I don’t think this mattress has ever seen memory foam, so calling it that is a bigger stretch than Michael Jordan in Space Jam. Memory foam has a sink to it, and almost like a “melt-into-your-bed” type feeling, that CAN work even with a firm bed. You can have a firm memory foam mattress. Memory foam is.

Ok. Everybody is weary about buying a mattress online, who wouldn’t be; but luckily we have people that take the leap and let us know what the scoop is on a review. Reading all the great reviews and seeing how the only bad reviews were that is was too firm (who wants to sleep on a pillow, not MY back) I decided to take a leap. I set this baby up last night (12” Queen); I placed the roll on my new Queen frame and as directed cut plastic gently not to damage the mattress. Once it’s cut the outer layer of the protective plastic it will unroll, then you take the ramaining plastic bag off ( I cut the end and slipped it off like a sleeping bag ). This thing literally expanded in front of my eyes, I couldn’t believe how fast it came to life. There was little to no smell, I thought I smelled something and then didn’t notice a thing after that one whiff (smell could have been the protective plastic), so I’m going to say no smell at all. I read answers to questions and read the paperwork to find out how long to wait; just looking at it it really appears that you could sleep on it in minutes. But I was happy to read that 3-4 hours before sleeping on it was recommended and not 24-48! Apparently the bed expands to 90% in 3-4 hours and the last 10% fills out over the course of 2-3 days; so after 4 hours I jumped in. YES! Comfortable AF! Sure it’s on the firm side but it’s not like concrete, hardwood or even remotely close to something of that nature. The mattress is fir.
