Ideally, local Houston orders are delivered by next day and nationwide orders within 1-2 weeks. However, the item warehouse location, weight/size combination of the furniture and the delivery method/location are the factors that may affect your order's delivery time.

'In Stock - Ready To Ship' label is the indication of the item availability at the warehouse it's located. We carry over 20,000 SKUs in our website catalog and about half come direct from our manufacturer/supplier partners located in various states like IL, NJ, CA and more. Hence, certain items may take longer to receive due to warehouse location regardless of your address proximity to our store/warehouse. If you still have questions, please reach out to us.

For purchases over $500, local Houston & surrounding area deliveries are FREE. Under $500 - the standard delivery cost is $99. We will bring the furniture to your home/apartment inside the entryway. Even if you have stairs/elevator to your apartment we will bring it upstairs. Assembly is not offered with the standard service. If you require assembly and trash removal please contact us before placing an order.

All orders are delivered in 10-20 business days on average. Most items ship for free. The shipping cost can be calculated on the product page or at checkout. The method of delivery varies on the size & weight combination of your item. Standard method includes the scheduled outside drop-off to your house porch/garage or apartment building entrance. This does not include any carrying up the stairs. Most orders require appointment and adult signature. For certain items, we offer room of choice, debris removal and assembly. We offer assembly services for certain items in the national and local areas. All furniture comes in the factory sealed packaging - brand new, and require assembly. Tools and instructions are provided for your convenience.
