    FURNITURE DELIVERY
    • We offer FREE standard home delivery on most items from Houston TX to US which includes the furniture drop-off to the front door of your building. For certain items we offer room of choice and assembly services.
    • Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is processed for shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable once the shipping is complete.
    • Shipping purchase includes the insurance to protect the value in the rare event of in-transit damage. 
    • Outside TX delivery: The cost ranges from $50-$199. Most orders arrive within 3-weeks of shipping confirmation received.
    • TX delivery: Free delivery for orders over $500 and $99 for orders not hitting the threshold.
    DELIVERY TIME
    • Local Houston orders are delivered by next day and nationwide orders within 2-3 weeks after the shipping occurs.
    • Ordered item's warehouse location, weight/size combination of the furniture and the delivery method/location affect delivery time.

    Returns & Claims

    You have a 10-day window to request a return for your order, starting from the day of delivery or pickup. If your purchase was made in-store, you can return it within 48 hours of receiving or picking up the order. After this period, no returns will be accepted. To initiate a return, contact us via email at info@asyfurniture.com or use our self-service link.

    Claims & Replacements

    Returns for transit damage and manufacturer defects are covered by our warranty policy and will be accepted at no extra cost. Please note we require photos for damages and they should be emailed to info@asyfurniture.com with your order number included in subject line. Once reviewed and approved, you may opt for a return to receive a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Alternatively, if eligible, you may choose to get a partial or full replacement of the merchandise at no cost to your end. 

    Your refund will be reduced by 20% if you return an order for reasons including, but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the color, size, or comfort of the product, delivery service, missing an appointment, rejection of the item unless it shows damages on the external packaging, or complications with furniture assembly. This deduction is to cover the expenses we face due to the decreased condition of the product and the financial impact on our margins.

    If your order was financed through one of our lease-to-own companies, the restocking fee must be paid in advance with a credit or debit card before the return pickup. 

    Exceptions - We do not accept returns for mattresses, floor samples, bedding items, closeout sale and open box/outlet items. We also don't accept used furniture, items with missing parts, spills and visible misuse. We take full responsibility for in-transit and manufacturer defects.

    Merchandise Recovery - If your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup with our freight carrier who will be reaching out to you for appointment and perform the pickup on the scheduled date. Please ensure the product remains in the condition it was received with all parts intact. For orders delivered by small parcel carriers, please drop off the merchandise to your local Ground office with the pre-paid label attached to the box.
