Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. In-store purchases can only be returned within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee is charged to offset losses from reconsignment and merchandise deterioration. Please refer to returns page for details.

FURNITURE DELIVERY

We offer FREE standard home delivery on most items from Houston TX to US which includes the furniture drop-off to the front door of your building. For certain items we offer room of choice and assembly services.
Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is processed for shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable once the shipping is complete.
Shipping purchase includes the insurance to protect the value in the rare event of in-transit damage.
Outside TX delivery: The cost ranges from $50-$199. Most orders arrive within 3-weeks of shipping confirmation received.
TX delivery: Free delivery for orders over $500 and $99 for orders not hitting the threshold.

DELIVERY TIME

Local Houston orders are delivered by next day and nationwide orders within 2-3 weeks after the shipping occurs.
Ordered item's warehouse location, weight/size combination of the furniture and the delivery method/location affect delivery time.

Just a little backstory on me. Back in 2013 I was in a really bad head on collision. And it really screwed up my neck and my lower back. So I always have to have a very good pillow that will keep my neck in line with my spine. If I don’t have a good pillow I get constant migraines and that is no fun. I have slept on his pillow now for the last couple of days and I absolutely love it. It keeps my neck right where it needs to be. The pillow is not too soft or not too hard it’s just right. So if anyone is out there that has neck problems like I do I would recommend this pillow.

This pillow is amazing, top notch! Bought one several years ago and just ordered my second!Why my second? Well it’s clear that me using this pillow for more than just sleeping caused stress to the Gel pad and it popped! Using this for propping myself up to read, lumbar support, tossing it about for other uses, must’ve been the cause given that it split in the middle where I often folded it! The pillow slowly became lumpy and uncomfortable and no longer was cooling anymore. Eventually this lead to me investigating and that lead to a sticky and unpleasant cleanup!Unfortunately it was out of warranty, but I loved this pillow so much! Had to get another! I am going to treat this new one much better! Sleeping only, nothing else!

First ever product review simply because this pillow is everything I’ve ever dreamed of in comfort. At first, I was nervous because the pillow seemed hard when I quickly laid down on it, but it didn’t take long to begin conforming to my neck and head. If you’ve ever heard of oobleck (sorry, longtime pre-K teacher here), it’s a substance that is solid when impacted with lots of force, and like liquid when using little to no force.I will never buy another pillow again. I’m not going to lie, when I looked at this product there was no way I was ready to pay over $100 for a pillow, but a friend had recommended this pillow due to some neck pain and headaches I was consistently dealing with. When I looked around and saw the dozens of pillows I had bought over the past year, it totaled well over $200. I knew I had to try this and it was WORTH EVERY PENNY!

I have horrible back issues that effect my sleep. I bought a firm mattress but would still wake up in pain. I stayed at my parents one night and used this pillow. Woke up feeling the best I felt in a long time. I couldn’t believe the price and how expensive this pillow was so if it wasn’t for me using it at my parents I would’ve never ordered it. When they say “you get what you pay for” You truly do because this expensive pillow was worth every cent. I can’t say I wake up 100% pain free but I can say I wake up now without struggling just to move. If you have problems with your lower back, lumbar, SI joints, spine, arthritis, bulging, herniated disc Deterioration etc... this pillow is the relief you will need.
