Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. In-store purchases can only be returned within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee is charged to offset losses from reconsignment and merchandise deterioration. Please refer to returns page for details.

FURNITURE DELIVERY

We offer FREE standard home delivery on most items from Houston TX to US which includes the furniture drop-off to the front door of your building. For certain items we offer room of choice and assembly services.
Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is processed for shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable once the shipping is complete.
Shipping purchase includes the insurance to protect the value in the rare event of in-transit damage.
Outside TX delivery: The cost ranges from $50-$199. Most orders arrive within 3-weeks of shipping confirmation received.
TX delivery: Free delivery for orders over $500 and $99 for orders not hitting the threshold.

DELIVERY TIME

Local Houston orders are delivered by next day and nationwide orders within 2-3 weeks after the shipping occurs.
Ordered item's warehouse location, weight/size combination of the furniture and the delivery method/location affect delivery time.

Manufacturer Warranty

It fits well and is water resistant and all, but not super soft or anything. I use another cover over it, so I guess it works out okay!

Good quality

I bought this, especially due to the great reviews and good price. I was looking for a very breathable protector that wasn’t stiff and loud, and that’s exactly what I got. This is a lightweight low profile protector!

It’s really hard to find an actual waterproof mattress cover. This is not one. This is very soft though. I’ll keep looking.

NOT WATERPROOF!! My cat peed on my bed & it went through a blanket, 2 sheets and this "waterproof" mattress protector. Im tempted to return it with the cat urine on it.... VERY dissapointed.

Good quality

Received this product today. Immediately washed (washed on cold though it says to wash on hot) and line dried (though it says you can machine dry). I then did a water test. Put a pillow under it and poured a good amount of water over. I let it sit for a good 15+ minutes. The water had dispersed through the top of the fabric but did not leak through! It is very soft for what I would expect, and seems very quiet, though it has not been placed on bed and slept on yet. Very impressed and will be buying more.

Nice and quiet. Fit as expected and easy to clean.

I have this on my queen bed and my grandchildren's twin beds. It is definately water proof and easy to wash. It does not make any noise under the sheets and you can not even tell it is there.
