On average shipments take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Houston & surrounding area deliveries take 1-3 days. Orders need appointment schedule, adult signature, photo proof. Shipping costs include insurance for protection and replacement in case of damage or loss.
Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking link that will reflect the shipping status and location of your item.
Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. In-store purchases can only be returned within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee is charged to offset losses from reconsignment and merchandise deterioration.

Easy to build and shipped perfectly
I've been using it for about a month now, and I'm very impressed with the quality and comfort. First of all, the bed is built very well. The frame is made of thick, sturdy wood, and it's very sturdy. I'm not worried about the bed breaking under my husband and my weight. The assembly was also very easy. Most of the pieces were already attached to the frame, so I just had to put a few things together. It took me less than hour to assemble the bed by myself. The upholstery is also very nice. The color is also very stylish. The bed is a very big, so make sure you have enough room in your bedroom before you buy it. I have a king-size bed, and it takes up almost the entire room. But I don't mind, because it's so comfortable. Overall, I'm very happy with the Vivian Low Profile Bed. It's a great value for the price, and it's built to last. I highly recommend it. One thing to note is that the delivery took a long time. But it was worth the wait.

I am grateful all parts were there. The design is simple which means it goes with most decor. The headboard and footboard are well made and nice and thick. I am not sure which home I own that it goes to but it will look good no matter where I put it. I am happy with this item.
Very sturdy, easy to put together. My only complaints are that it has a very strong factory smell that took a few weeks to fade away and it is a bit darker grey than whats pictured. Arrived in good shape.
Way better expected. This bed is well made and looks pretty big. It’s construction is very sturdy and is not wobbly. The color is as described. Definitely recommend, it’s a great purchase for the price.
If it’s a low profile bed you’ve been looking for, well.. look no further. Really! For the price, this bed is an amazing value. Very high quality material, nothing cheap about it. Sturdy, and solid! This bed will be making lots of folks happy. As far as assembly goes it was just myself and it wasn’t too difficult. There were a couple things that would’ve been easier, of course, but it all worked out. The slant boards come apart accordion like and velcro to the side boards which was unexpected. But a cool idea!! It did make it a little bit harder for ONE person to get all the boards where they we’re supposed to, especially since the side boards were already in place and there’s really no wiggle room. But, it’s do-able. Again, this one is a great value!
Love love love this bed frame. It was super easy to put together and is pretty heavy duty. Couldn’t be happier with it and highly recommend for anyone looking for one. I assembled it myself in about and hour or so. Awesome bed frame!
We got the queen size bed frame and we are very happy with it. It’s well made and the material seems durable and strong. It came in two boxes and took about 45 min. To assemble. It’s a great bed frame. It’s only down side is that it’s a bit heavy. But that’s not a deal breaker for us. We’d recommend it to others.
