On average shipments take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Houston & surrounding area deliveries take 1-3 days. Orders need appointment schedule, adult signature, photo proof. Shipping costs include insurance for protection and replacement in case of damage or loss.

Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking link that will reflect the shipping status and location of your item.

Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. In-store purchases can only be returned within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee is charged to offset losses from reconsignment and merchandise deterioration.

Manufacturer Warranty

We offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange for any carrier or manufacturer-related damages reported within 10 days of delivery. For issues arising after this period, claims will be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty policy.

Sofá is okay but customer service was awful

What a traumatic experience trying to navigate through the status of my order for 30+ days. Delivery was advertised as up to 2 weeks for my address upon order. After 2 weeks of no updates I called to get a “we will get back to you” response. Radio silence. Few days later the same. After a third attempt, and an awkward upsetting conversation, they confirmed it was “ready to ship” and sent an email with a photo of the sofa shrink-wrapped on a pallet. No updates on shipping from there until calling back. Shipping company had picked up the sofa was what we were told. No delivery or updates after a few days. Call to gain tracking information and I am given the phone number for the trucking company. Trucking company says they went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. Back and forth again and they confirm it was picked up at the second attempt. The trucking company confirms the sofa is in their local warehouse ready to ship BUT CANNOT AUTHORIZE DELIVERY BECAUSE THEY HAVENT BEEN PAID. Call back to ASY to express my frustration. After second call to follow up with the trucking company, we get confirmation the sofa can be shipped (days later). Finally to end this story, trucking company advised the sofa was out for delivery with a call. They left the sofa outdoors and told us they were not contracted to deliver inside the home.
Packaging left pressure marks on the arms of the sofa that we are trying to steam every so often to soften up without damaging the fabric. Work in progress. Sofa is also slightly twisted and does not sit squarely on the floor in any position without shims under the feet.
I wish I had a better customer service experience to give an honest review of the actual sofa. The experience of ordering could have been easily transparent and said ships in 4 weeks and we may have anticipated the wait time. But the back and forth - wondering if you are getting scammed or lied to - retrying to verify false information back and forth between sources - is going to affect how we enjoy our sofa … if we can get past it.
